Questions and answers

What is an elibraX voucher?

A code worth an amount of money in one currency. You create it from your own wallet balance and whoever enters the code in their elibraX account receives that amount in their wallet.

Which currencies can I use?

US Dollar, Euro, Tether (USDT), Circle (USDC), Utopia (UUSD), Bitcoin, Ethereum, BNB, Solana, Dogecoin and Crypton. Dollar and euro vouchers start at 1, crypto vouchers at the value of 1 USD.

How much does it cost?

Nothing. Creating and redeeming a voucher is free.

Does the receiver need an account?

Yes. The receiver signs up for free and redeems the code in their account under Voucher, Redeem voucher. The money arrives at once.

What if I lose the code or send it to the wrong person?

While the voucher is unused you can see the code again and cancel it in My vouchers. The money goes back to your wallet. Once it is redeemed it cannot be undone, so share codes only with people you trust.

Is there a limit?

Voucher amounts count toward the same daily limit as money sent and payouts. You can have up to 200 unused vouchers at a time.

Can I use vouchers by API?

Yes. The Spot API has endpoints to create, redeem, cancel and list vouchers. Creating and cancelling need a key with the Payouts permission, which is always locked to your IP addresses.

Are vouchers the same as coupons?

No. A voucher carries money. A coupon gives you a discount or a bonus (for example lower fees). Your coupons are in your account under Coupons.
