No small print hidden somewhere else. Each coupon in your account shows its own conditions and your progress.

  • Where it worksBuy, Sell, Spot trading or a mix. Each coupon shows where you can use it.
  • Received and expiry datesYou see the day you received a coupon and the day it expires. Some coupons start on a later date.
  • UsesHow many times you can use it, for example 0 / 1, and when you used it last.
  • Minimum orderSome coupons need an order of at least a certain amount, for example $50.
  • Maximum discountA coupon may have a cap, for example up to $25 of discount or cashback.
  • CurrenciesSome coupons only work for certain coins. If none are listed, every currency counts.

Businesses can list their coupons with dates, uses and status, and redeem codes automatically through the Spot API.

Questions and answers

What is an elibraX coupon?

A code that gives you a discount or a bonus: lower fees on Buy and Sell, a bonus on what you receive, cashback on your trading fees or a USDT bonus. Unlike a voucher, a coupon does not carry money of its own.

How do I get coupons?

We send coupons to customers for promotions, events and special offers, and sometimes share public codes on our social channels and in our news. Coupons sent to you appear in your account under Coupons automatically.

Where do I enter a coupon code?

In your account, open the profile menu, choose Coupons and use Redeem coupon. For a Buy or Sell coupon you can also enter the code in the Buy or Sell form under "I have a promo code".

Can I use a coupon more than once?

Each coupon shows how many times you can use it. A trading coupon (cashback or USDT bonus) can be activated once per account.

Why does my coupon say Expired or Used?

Every coupon has its own rules. It stops working after its end date, after you have used it the allowed number of times, or when all available uses are taken.

Can I redeem coupons by API?

Yes. The Spot API lists your coupons with their dates and status and lets you redeem a code. Redeeming needs a key with Spot Trading or Payouts permission.

What is the difference between coupons and vouchers?

A voucher carries money: someone turns part of their wallet into a code and you receive that amount. A coupon gives you a discount or a bonus from elibraX.
